Can I return credits if they are unused?

Divvy can refund credits within 14 days of purchase, as long as no credits have been used. Please contact Divvy in writing to request a refund.

How long can credits be used?

Credits never expire.

How do credits work?

Credits can be purchased in packages and used to buy assets (images and recipes) from Divvy. Larger credit packages are discounted, allowing you to purchase assets more economically.

How do I view my credit balance?

You can view your credit balance in your account profile.


What if a file is corrupted, blurry, etc.?

If a file is corrupted or otherwise unusable, contact Divvy support. If they determine that the file has a problem, Divvy will either replace it or refund your credits for that purchase.

Can I re-download a file that is already purchased?

Absolutely! You have download access to purchased files for a full year after purchase.

How do I find my file once it is downloaded?

Where your file goes once you’ve downloaded it depends on your computer setup. Try using your computer’s search utility for the filename.

What is the best way to search for content on Divvy?

Divvy has search fields for images and recipes, so that’s a good place to start if you have something specific in mind. Once you’ve searched, you can refine your search by orientation, people and keywords in the left-hand column. If you don’t have something specific in mind, browsing the curated collections is a good way to discover what’s available on Divvy.

How do I get a receipt?

You can create a PDF invoice of credit purchases in the account transactions area.

What is the refund policy?

Divvy can refund credits within 14 days of purchase, as long as no credits have been used. If the Divvy support team determines that there is a problem with a downloaded file, Divvy will replace the file or issue a refund for the credits used to purchase the file.

What payment options do you offer?

Divvy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diner’s Club and JCB.

Can I change my login?

Your login is your e-mail address, and you can change it in your Account > Profile > E-mail Preferences area.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password in the Account > Profile > Password area.

How do I view my transaction and download history?

Check out the dashboard area in your account profile.


Can I modify the image once I purchase it?

Yes, you can.

Can I purchase one image?

The smallest credit package available is for 30 credits, but contact Divvy if you need a smaller package.

Can I re-download an image?

Yes, as long as it’s been less than one year since you purchased it.

Can I use images for logos and trademarks?

Divvy does not allow using assets as part of a logo or trademark.

How do I download images?

Once you’ve purchased an image or recipe, you’ll immediately see a message that your transaction was successful and links to download the assets you’ve purchased. If you want to download a previously purchased image or recipe, you can do that in the account transactions area.

Do I need to credit Divvy when I use images or recipes?

If space permits, you should credit images and recipes as “©”

Can I use images on my website?

Yes, please do!

Do Divvy images come with a standard license?

Divvy offers two levels of license, based on the channels where you plan to use the assets. There is a multimedia license that covers all uses and a digital-only license that covers digital use.

Do you have an extended license option available?

You won't need an extended license. After purchase, assets can be used in unlimited projects for one year with unlimited impressions, and there's no limit to the number of seats that can use the asset. After that year, the assets can live in existing projects indefinitely.

What does ‘royalty-free’ mean? Are Divvy images free?

Royalty-free means you pay once for the image and have rights to use it freely during the agreed-upon time period (one year). During that year, you can use it in any new projects. After that year, the assets can live in existing projects indefinitely. There is no limit to the number of impressions you receive.


Do your recipes come with an image download?

You eat with your eyes first, right? Every Divvy recipe has an image accurately produced to go with it. Images must be purchased separately, however.

Can I search categories (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian)?

You can search recipes by keyword, just like you can search images.

Can I use Divvy recipes on my website/blog?



Why can’t I log in?

If you’re certain you have an account, you may be getting your login or password wrong. Your login should be your e-mail address, and you can reset your password using the link in the login screen.

I purchased a file and I can’t open it.

If you have the appropriate software to open the file, contact Divvy support to determine if there is a problem with the file.

How do I change the resolution of an image?

Use your preferred imaging editing software to change the resolution of an image.

How can I increase the size of an image?

Divvy’s multimedia file type is delivered as a large JPG file, but if you need to increase the size of an image, you can take it into image-editing software. Increasing image size too much can lead to a loss of quality.
